Description: This program is designed for those who are new or have limited exposure to Lean Six Sigma and want to gain an understanding of the concepts and application methods that are used. The fundamentals and application methods for both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies will be taught. Students will learn and use several different techniques to reduce inefficiency and raise quality.
